According to Majma’ul Bayan, the reward for reciting this Surah is reported to be equivalent to ten times the number of individuals present during the times of Prophet Zakariyyah (a.s.), Yahya (a.s.), Isa (a.s.), Musa (a.s.), Ishaq (a.s.), Harun (a.s.), Ibrahim (a.s.), Ya’qub (a.s.), and Isma’il (a.s.) combined.

Having this Surah written within the household is believed to provide protection from theft and attract divine blessings for its inhabitants. Furthermore, it is narrated that if a person recites ‘Kaf-Ha-Ya-‘Ain-Saad’ while closing each finger of their right hand, followed by ‘Ha-Mim-‘Ain-Seen-Qaaf’ while closing each finger of their left hand before facing a tyrant ruler, and subsequently recites ‘wa ‘anatil wujuhu lil hayyil qayyum wa khaaba man hamala dhulma,’ they will gain protection from the tyranny they face.
